Procedure

1. Research jobs in Broadcast Journalism
2. Choose a job related to Broadcast Journalism that you would like to apply for
3. Develop a portfolio/resume for the job
4. Interview for the job with an assigned adult on campus
5. Reflect on the process

• Choice of job
• Choice of portfolio/resume materials

Evaluation

• You will be graded on the following:
  • Demonstrated understanding of what a your chosen job entails
  • Quality of Portfolio/Resume
  • Quality of interview
  • Ability to accurately reflect on the process

Due Dates:

• Jobs in Journalism Research: Tuesday, 5/1
• Portfolio/Resume: Tuesday, 5/8
• Interviews: 5/9-5/16
• Reflection: 5/18
